Profile

Mr. Kruse’s interest in helping injured victims stems from his intense competitive nature and extreme compassion for those who are less fortunate. He has committed his career to helping victims and their families. Mr. Kruse’s legal career started in the 1980s when Indiana trial rules permitted personal injury lawsuits to be transferred to Boone County courts from the crowded court dockets in Indianapolis. He served as local counsel in many of these cases, working with the best lawyers in the state while assisting in 10-15 jury trials every year.
Mr. Kruse has extensive experience handling catastrophic damage and wrongful death claims involving all types of personal injury liability theories. His work has included product liability claims, including numerous defective tire lawsuits against manufacturers that resulted in a $1 million verdict and other significant settlements for his clients. Mr. Kruse has represented thousands of injury victims, and is thankful for the numerous referrals of clients from attorneys across the state and Midwest. He has successfully tried civil jury trials for nearly 3 decades, including litigation involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, animal attacks and medical malpractice.
