Biography

Cole A. Mahan began as a law clerk in 2024 before joining the firm as an Associate in 2025, concentrating his practice on civil litigation, personal injury, and business law. Mr. Mahan graduated cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in May 2025. During law school, Mr. Mahan served as the Vice President of the American Constitution Society and competed in Moot Court. Before attending law school, Mr. Mahan graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in philosophy. Mr. Mahan is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the Federal District Court of both the Northern District of Indiana and the Southern District of Indiana.
