Attorney Paul Kruse has been representing clients for numerous years. He began his education at Indiana University, graduating cum laude in 1977. He went on to pursue his legal education, attending Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. He graduated with his J.D in 1981 and has been a partner in Parr Richey Frandsen Patterson Kruse LLP since 1984.
As a central Indiana native, he has remained in the area his entire life. In his early years, he attended school in Boone and Montgomery counties. It is this rural upbringing that he claims has impacted his legal career the most. He credits his success as a personal injury lawyer to the lessons he learned living in these small communities that places a high value on trust, honesty, and good old fashioned hard work.
Attorney Kruse is a fierce legal advocate, which stems from his equally compassionate and competitive nature. Since the 1980s, his legal career has been dedicated to helping injury victims in Indiana recover from the damages caused by other's negligence.
Mr. Kruse has proven successful at handling complex causes involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. He understands how sensitive these cases can be, taking the time to provide personalized support to clients. Notably, he secured a $1 million verdict and other large settlements for his clients in product liability cases involving defective tires and negligent manufacturers. He proudly represents injury victims in nearly any legal matter, from car accidents to animal attacks and medical malpractice.
Since 1988, he has been part of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA). He also frequently lecturers at legal seminars, equipping the next generation of lawyers with his hard-earned knowledge. Attorney Kruse has written articles for law journals and was even recently added to the faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), where he assist with training litigation lawyers.
